Refund Policy

1. Internship Processing & Registration Fees

Nexentora Technologies charges a one-time processing and registration fee for selected candidates. This fee is utilized for initial onboarding, student portal setup, server allocations, and learning management system access. Once paid, the internship fee is strictly non-refundable, as software licensing and cloud assets are provisioned immediately.

2. Certificate Generation Fees

Certificate generation, official QR validation hosting, and secure SMTP dispatch involve specific infrastructure and academic verification steps. Once a certificate fee is paid and the certificate has been generated or issued, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Accidental Double Payments

In the event of double billing or technical payment gateway errors (such as debiting your account without confirming your registration), please contact our billing team at info@nexentora.com within 24 hours. Once verified against our merchant logs, accidental double transactions will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.

4. Chargeback Abuse & Fraud Prevention

To prevent fee evasion, all submitted UTR numbers and transaction receipts are fully audited. Submitting fraudulent transaction IDs or disputing valid payments will result in immediate termination of portal access, revocation of issued certificates, and invalidation of any referral commissions earned.
